REPAIR PRICES Prices include: Parts and labor to repair ALL functional defects, cosmetically reconditioning (refurbishing) to as like-new as possible, new line cord, new handset cord, and a ONE YEAR WARRANTY*

* Prices do not include replacing missing accessories or replacing damaged plastic. 90 day warranty on cordless phones and answering machines.

SHIPPING CHARGES

We ship UPS ground. For repairs, we charge a flat $10.00 for the first item (phone, card, KSU, module, etc.), $2.00 each for 2nd through 5th items, and $1.00 each for 6th item and beyond, plus a nominal fee for insurance. [Exception: Alaska and Hawaii are charged actual 2nd day air shipping.] Shipping on sales is charged at standard shipping & handling rates plus insurance. We buy insurance for your phone equipment on your behalf. We will be glad to assist you file a claim with UPS for equipment damaged in transit, but ultimately all claims must be worked out between you and UPS. If you are claiming shipping damage, you MUST save the container for UPS to inspect.

PAYMENT TERMS

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER & AMERICAN EXPRESS. For security purposes, do not include your card number on your packing list; we will call for it. Sorry, no CODs.
